Terms of Service

PLEASE NOTE: The purchase of the original files (all sessions purchased) releases Beth Marie Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Beth Marie Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. The client is responsible for creating back-ups of the digital content. The client hereby grants to Beth Marie Photography the right to use and publish images taken to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use.
